It is made using the long-held Italian tradition of making pasta using special bronze dies.

  • Bronze dies require much harder and higher quality durum wheat semolina in order to make the pasta – Al Dente is made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina.
  • Bronze die leaves a rough surface that creates ridges on the pasta. These ridges help sauces cling better to the pasta, thus making it more delicious.
  • Also, the textured mouth feel of bronze die-cut pasta is also much appreciated by demanding gourmets.
